Ask Claude about your QuickBooks. Ollie connects the conversation to your company’s books, reports, and financial records.

Business owners and accounting teams need answers from the books without losing the company, period, and report context along the way. Ollie gives those questions a structured route to QuickBooks data.
The reviewed product connects QuickBooks to a workspace and exposes reporting tools through MCP. Company resolution, date ranges, and supported metrics are part of the query contract. QuickBooks stays the ledger; Ollie provides another way to work with the information.
A workspace can have one company or several. The tool layer requires a company when the context is ambiguous, so a multi-company question cannot silently fall back to the wrong ledger.

The connector supplies financial measures; the assistant explains them. Users still need to review the period, scope, and underlying accounting records.
The implementation provides company-aware financial queries and reports through an AI-accessible tool layer. No production adoption, accuracy benchmark, or time-saving measurement was available in this review.
