A booking needs to reach the schedule. An order needs to reach the team delivering it. The numbers need to agree. When those connections break, people become the workaround.
We build custom ERP, software, and practical AI around that work. We start by understanding how the operation runs, what is worth keeping, and where something needs to change.
Then we stay involved through the build, the transition, and daily use. The aim is software your team can depend on, with clear ownership of what happens next.

I started Futur Labs because I was running an agency on five tools that wouldn’t talk to each other. So we built our own ERP. Then a training company asked for one. Then agencies asked for the analytics agent we’d built for ourselves.
The firm exists because we kept building the thing we couldn’t buy. It turns out most operations teams are stuck in exactly that gap: the process is the product, and no off-the-shelf tool knows their process.
Architecture, data, and the day-to-day experience each need someone accountable. These are the technical leads behind that work at Futur Labs.
We agree the delivery team, capacity, and working cadence around your project. You know who to bring a decision to, how progress will be reviewed, and who owns the next step.

Leads discovery and architecture, and stays involved in the code. Connects the business priorities to the technical decisions behind the build.

Owns the data model, migrations, and integrations. Makes sure records move correctly between the systems your business relies on.

Builds the screens, permissions, and tests behind day-to-day work. Turns the agreed workflow into software your team can use.
Surrey, BC
A training business.
An entire operation,
connected.
Reliable Training ran on forms, calendars, spreadsheets, and bookings handled by hand. We built a custom ERP connecting the work from registration through certification.
- The starting point
- Separate tools. Manual bookings. A person keeping everything in sync.
- What we built
- Scheduling, payments, accounting, and certifications in one connected system.

Understand before building
Walk through the real process with the people doing it. Agree the first workflow, the dependencies, and what a useful release needs to do.
Progress you can inspect
Review working software each week. Keep priorities and decisions visible, so changes to the plan are a conversation about capacity and tradeoffs.
Plan for life after launch
Test the transition, involve the users, and agree the support responsibilities. Name the owners for issues, updates, and the next stage of the system.
Keep the knowledge in your business
You own the code from the first commit. Documentation, account access, and a handover plan help the business keep building as its needs change.

Tell us what you're building or fixing. We'll come prepared with questions, not a pitch, and you'll leave the call with a straight answer on fit, which tier, and how soon you'd have version one in your hands.
