AI agents, custom ERP, and software that ships.
A software development company building custom ERP and practical AI for established businesses that have outgrown disconnected systems.
A training business.
An entire operation,
connected.
Reliable Training ran on forms, calendars, spreadsheets, and bookings handled by hand. We built a custom ERP connecting the work from registration through certification.
- The starting point
- Separate tools. Manual bookings. A person keeping everything in sync.
- What we built
- Scheduling, payments, accounting, and certifications in one connected system.

For established businesses with multiple teams, moving parts, and a clear reason to change. Start with the process that is holding you back.
- 01
The same information. Entered three times.
Sales, operations, and finance each have their own version. Someone spends the day keeping them in sync.
- 02
Growth means more administration.
Another location, another team, another spreadsheet. The work multiplies faster than the systems can handle.
- 03
The answer lives with one person.
A booking, a job status, a number you need. Everything waits for the person who knows where to look.
Three ways to move past disconnected systems. Start with the part of your operation that needs to work better.
Custom ERP
Connect the operation in one system, built around how your teams actually work.
Operations & scheduling
People, jobs, and resources
Inventory & purchasing
Stock, suppliers, and orders
Finance & reporting
Payments and a shared view
Custom Software
Build the missing piece: a portal, internal tool, or workflow your existing software cannot handle.
Customer & partner portals
Self-service that reduces admin
Internal tools & dashboards
The right information in one place
Connected workflows
Your existing tools, working together
AI Implementation
Put practical AI inside your daily workflows, with clear checks and a measurable benefit.
Document processing
Extract, check, and route information
Workflow automation
Handle repeatable tasks with approval
Internal knowledge
Find answers in your business data
- 01
Map the operation
Find the bottleneck. Agree on the first workflow, scope, and what success looks like.
- 02
Build the first workflow
Put working software in your team’s hands early. Review it together and refine it.
- 03
Make the transition
Migrate the data, test with your team, and roll out in manageable stages.
- 04
Support and expand
Keep the system running well. Add the next workflow when the business is ready.
Three pillars.
One delivery model.
Connected operations, useful automation, and a system you control. Three principles behind everything we build.

Software shaped by your operation.
We map the handoffs, approvals, and exceptions with the people doing the work. The system fits your operation, including the parts a standard product misses.
Your accounting platform, customer records, and daily workflows should work together. We keep what works and close the gaps between systems.
A shared record of the customer, job, or booking. Your teams can act on current information without chasing updates across spreadsheets.

Teams
HubSpotA clear job. A measurable improvement.
We put AI where it can take useful work off your team’s plate, inside the systems they already use. Every workflow has a defined job and a way to check the result.
- Tested against your real tasks
- Human approval where judgment matters
- Measure time saved, accuracy, and exceptions

Your system. Built to stay yours.
You own the code, data, and accounts. We document the system, support it in daily use, and keep it ready for your next stage of growth.
- Code and infrastructure in your control
- Documentation your next team can use
- Ongoing support and a clear path to handoff

Tell us what you're building or fixing. We'll come prepared with questions, not a pitch, and you'll leave the call with a straight answer on fit, which tier, and how soon you'd have version one in your hands.

Clear answers
for complex builds.
Clear answers on timelines, pricing, ownership, and what shipping actually looks like with a senior engineering team.
Version one is in your hands in three to four weeks. Not a document, not a prototype: a working system on your real data that your team can click through and react to. After that we ship every week, and a full multi-module system usually lands in three to eight months depending on the tier.
Engineers. The people on the discovery call are the people writing the code. No offshore handoffs, no project managers passing notes between you and a junior team.
Monthly, sized to how much needs to move at once: $7k a month for one workflow in flight, $13k for one system built module by module, $18k and up for several modules at once. Bring us the idea and we'll tell you which tier and roughly how many months; that's your number. No change orders: whatever comes up goes into next week's release. Version one in your hands within the first month, you own the code from the first commit, three-month minimum.
It goes into next week's release. There's no scope to protect, so 'what about this?' is always yes. Capacity is the only boundary: a long backlog means we ship in order. If you want more speed, that's the next tier, your call, in writing, before anything changes.
We'll tell you. If NetSuite, HubSpot, or a no-code tool genuinely fits your problem, we'd rather lose the project than build you something you didn't need.
Optional retainers cover bug fixes, new features, model updates, and ops support. Most clients keep us close — if you want a clean handover with full docs instead, we'll do that too.
Operations-heavy companies where the process is complex enough that off-the-shelf software fights you. Most of our clients are $5M–$500M businesses in manufacturing, distribution, construction, training and certification, professional services, and healthcare ops, and we take on focused builds for smaller teams when the scope is clear. What we won't do is stretch a $5k budget into something we'd put our name on. Ask. We'll tell you straight on the first call.
Yes — we plug into whatever you're already running: HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Snowflake, Slack, Linear, your own database. The whole point of custom is fitting cleanly with what's already there.
You do. The repo is yours, the cloud account is yours, the keys are yours. We hand off clean and fully documented, so you can keep building — or hire someone else — without missing a beat.
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs by default. We don't train models on your data, and we'll sign whatever DPA, BAA, or NDA your legal team needs.
One call to pick the workflow that hurts most. Then we build. By week three or four there's a version one running on your data, and from there the software drives the conversation: you use it, tell us what's wrong or missing, and we ship the fix that week. No scoping documents to read, nothing to approve on paper.
Look for relevant shipped work, direct access to the engineers, and clear ownership and support terms. Ask who will build your system and what the first working release includes. Our built-by-us projects show the work behind those conversations.
Yes. We're based in Surrey, British Columbia, and work with teams in Canada and the US. Weekly calls, working-software reviews, and async updates keep the build moving. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific.
