The report is the center of the system.
The work is professional-services production. Navigation, queues, and status support the report and the responsible people rather than forcing the process into a sales pipeline.
Opening the build…

An SR&ED report workspace connecting source material, AI drafting, expert review, and delivery.
Inside the build
Banhall’s consultants and writers produce technical project descriptions for SR&ED work. The task spans source documents, interviews, drafting, internal review, client feedback, and export. The report needs both a clear owner and a clear next action.
We built a report-centered workspace around that production process. Source material sits alongside editable drafts, comments, quality checks, and project context. AI helps prepare and revise the narrative, while specialists keep responsibility for the evidence and the final work.
Project views organize the report and its status. The workspace design distinguishes durable project ownership from the person handling the next step, so a temporary review does not erase accountability.

Inside the build
The work is professional-services production. Navigation, queues, and status support the report and the responsible people rather than forcing the process into a sales pipeline.
A generated draft or quality score is not an assurance that a claim qualifies. Specialists assess the content and evidence; the software helps them find the work that still needs attention.
Repository documentation describes a flagged workspace rollout with an allowlisted cohort and the existing interface as a rollback option. Planned capabilities are kept separate from the baseline report workflow.
The build connects report preparation, editing, review, and export within a specialist workspace. Repository evidence supports those capabilities; measured time savings, client acceptance rates, and business outcomes have not been supplied.
The reviewed repo includes both implemented report tooling and an evolving production-workspace roadmap. Financial integrations and future ERP synchronization are not presented here as shipped. The visuals use fictional project data.
